This Privacy Policy explains how "BEATAI LABS" LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects Personal Data in connection with the Tracepo monitoring platform and related services (the “Service”). It applies to our websites (including tracepo.io), the Tracepo web application, API, metric ingestion, and any other interaction with the Service. Terms not defined here have the same meaning as in our Terms of Service.

1. Definitions

  • Personal Data — any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, including name, email address, IP address, billing information, account credentials, and any other data that can be linked to you directly or indirectly.
  • Sites — websites that display or link to this Privacy Policy, including tracepo.io and related domains we operate.
  • Service — the Tracepo platform (web application, API, metric ingestion, agents, and associated infrastructure) as defined in our Terms of Service.
  • Metrics Data — telemetry and monitoring data collected by Tracepo agents or sent to the Service by you or your organization. Metrics Data may include technical identifiers (e.g. machine_id, hostname) that could, in some contexts, be linked to individuals; we treat it in accordance with this policy and our Terms of Service.

2. Who We Are

"BEATAI LABS" LLC operates the Tracepo monitoring platform. When you create an account or use the Service, your Personal Data is controlled by "BEATAI LABS" LLC, Uzbekistan, Tashkent.


3. Information We Collect

We collect Personal Data from you directly, automatically when you use our Sites or Service, and sometimes from third parties (e.g. payment processors).

4. How We Use Your Personal Data

We use Personal Data to:

  • Provide and operate the Service — create and manage your account, authenticate you, deliver the platform and support.
  • Process payments — fulfill paid subscriptions and related billing.
  • Communicate with you — respond to inquiries, send service-related notices (e.g. security or account updates), and, where you have agreed, marketing communications.
  • Improve and secure the Service — analyze usage, troubleshoot, develop features, and protect against abuse and security risks.
  • Comply with law — meet legal, regulatory, and tax obligations.

We do not sell your Personal Data.


5. How We Share Your Personal Data

We may share Personal Data only as follows:

  • Service providers — with vendors who help us operate the Service (e.g. hosting, analytics, payment processing, support tools), under contracts that require them to protect your data and use it only for the purposes we specify.

When we no longer need Personal Data, we delete or anonymize it, or isolate it from further processing until deletion is possible.

Your Personal Data may be processed in Uzbekistan and, where we use service providers abroad, in other countries. We ensure appropriate safeguards (e.g. contracts, standard clauses) where required by applicable law so that your data remains protected in line with this Privacy Policy.

You have the right, subject to applicable law, to:

  • Access — request a copy of the Personal Data we hold about you.
  • Correct — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Delete — request deletion of your Personal Data, subject to legal or contractual retention requirements.
  • Object or restrict — object to certain processing or ask for restriction where permitted by law.
  • Withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent, withdraw it at any time.
  • Complain — lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your country (e.g. the authorized body in the Republic of Uzbekistan if applicable).

Marketing: You may opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in our messages or by contacting us. Opt-out does not affect service-related communications (e.g. security or billing).


10. Security

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your Personal Data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we encourage you to use strong credentials and keep them confidential.


11. Children

The Service is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children. If you learn that a child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.


12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on our Sites, by email, or through the Service, and we will indicate the date of the last update at the top. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy where permitted by law.
